Center ("TSC") is committed to providing
each Customer with a personalized, high quality support experience. With
a
balance of people, process and technology backed by strong manufacturer
relationships, our goal is first contact problem resolution across all Customer
touch
points coupled with world class technical support and a 100% Customer
satisfaction rating.
The TSC is a part of the SIGMA
Solutions Professional Services and Engineering
Department and is managed by the Technical Support Director. The Director
manages the technical
resources within the organization to ensure that the
technical requirements for
pre-sales support, system integration, professional
services, and Help Desk support
are met.
